2. About Our Services

Jetskills Aviation Academy provides premium cabin crew and aviation-industry training built around our proprietary P.E.A.K. framework, delivered through structured programs including our Launch and Elevate tracks, along with related workshops, certifications, and advisory services. Course content, structure, faculty, schedules, and fees may be updated from time to time at the Academy's discretion, with reasonable notice to enrolled students where changes materially affect their program.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during enquiry, registration, or enrollment.
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable registration form and payment (or agreed payment schedule) as communicated by the Academy.
• The Academy reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, including on grounds of eligibility criteria, capacity, or conduct.
• Certain programs may have prerequisites (age, educational qualification, medical fitness, language proficiency, etc.) which will be communicated prior to enrollment.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• Course fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of enrollment.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refund and cancellation requests are subject to the Academy's Refund Policy, which will be made available separately and forms part of these Terms.
• The Academy reserves the right to revise fees for future intakes; fees for already-enrolled students will not be altered retroactively.

5. Code of Conduct

Students and users are expected to:

• Engage respectfully with faculty, staff, and fellow students.
• Attend classes and assessments as per the program schedule.
• Refrain from any conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, dishonest (including plagiarism or exam malpractice), or disruptive to the learning environment.

The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of any student who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund, at its discretion and following a fair review process.

6. Certification

Cabin Crew Certificates (including graded Smart Skills certifications) are issued upon successful completion of the applicable program requirements, including attendance, assessments, and evaluation criteria set by the Academy. Certification does not constitute a guarantee of employment or placement with any airline or aviation employer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our training materials — including but not limited to the P.E.A.K. framework, course curricula, training manuals, logos, brand names, graphics, videos, and written content — is the intellectual property of Jetskills Aviation Academy LLP or its licensors, protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Academy content without prior written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
